No Returns or Refunds on Shipped Orders: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Each product is tailored to your specifications, making them unsuitable for resale.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately with detailed descriptions and photographic evidence. We will promptly investigate and, if approved, provide a reprint of the affected items at no extra charge. Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within the same day of receiving the order.
Products in Transit: Refunds or returns cannot be processed for items marked as “In Transit” on the tracking information. If your order appears delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping provider for assistance.
Return Shipping: If your package arrives damaged and was insured at checkout, the responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. Insurance covers any losses or damages during transit. However, without insurance, we cannot accept liability for damage. We strongly recommend considering insurance to safeguard your purchases.
Refund Procedure: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
